Hi there,
New to forum, and new to Porsche! Loving my Macan EV Turbo so far - about two weeks into it.
Has anyone else encountered the mobile app (iPhone) fail to engage on features? I am logged into the car as the main driver. I can see vehicle location, I can lock/unlock the car, etc. But for whatever reason the charging screen shows "charge status not available" and then I cannot activate/use the pre-climate screen.
Inside the car, all of those services are enabled (I have double checked the car seettings and privacy settings). Toggling them off/on again doesn't help, logging out and back into the app doesn't help.
Anyone else had this issue? I've opened a support ticket with Porsche but i'm not optimistic that will get anywhere.
