With my previous EV, 1% per day when parked in my underground parking was common, sometimes more.
With the Macan, 4 days and still counting: 0%

Almost no phantom drain. With my M3 I had like a 1% per day but that was without the Sentry turned on. Turning that on was detrimantal to the battery.

I left my Macan on the 13th of January at 59% and left for a 6 weeks overseas trip. Today was the first time I opened the app and it is still 59% so 11 days and counting no phantom drain.

That's very impressive, indeed.
But did that show on the app after it said, “just updated”, because it takes a little while to update?

I recall Kyle on one of his Out Of Spec videos noted the low or non-existent drain on the Macan.

The manual says that the My Porsche app drains the battery but I've been messing with My Porsche to setup shortcuts with the app upgrade and it still doesn't seem to be draining significant energy from the car.

For 6 weeks without driving, how's the 12v battery SoC after 6 weeks without driving. Reason I ask because I am now on overseas trip too and left my Macan 4 on the 19th January with HV battery at 67% SoC and coming back on the 21st of April, approx 12 weeks without driving. My concern is if the 12v battery is dead by the time i get back, is it okay to just jump the 12v from ICE car or charge the battery with 12 volt ac charger?

Yes I had to wait a bit today until it said “Just updated” , I thought it would be like 57% or so but surprisingly after update still showed 59%. I will wait a few days and check again.

I've never had any phantom drain between two Taycans and now my eMacan. My i4 drained a little bit, nothing major. My Rivian would drain a couple % a day, or a lot if I left gear guard on.

I will have to see, I think 6 weeks should be ok and the battery is still new. I previously left my 4 year old ICE BMW for 8 weeks without a problem. 12 weeks might be pushing it. I was wondering can‘t the HV battery help the 12V battery in such a case? Probably not.

No, it can't. The 12V is the weakest link in the EV chain. I would recommend having it on a battery tender if gone that long, or have someone start the car and sit in it for 15 minutes once a week.

When I asked about this, the dealer service manager told me not to use any ICE 12v battery trickle or other chargers. He said to leave the EVSE connected because the 12v draws from it, if necessary.

I have no idea if the service manager is correct, but I asked this question from before ownership because I leave cars for 3 to 6 months at a time.
