Mine is on a manual flap. Will be interesting to know if the flush ones are the powered flaps and the protruding ones are the manual ones
i have a feeling you may be right... but i still point back to OoS Dave's video. they don't have power doors...and his is super flush

Mine are manual and look identical (i.e. misfitting at the bottom edge) - will point it out to the dealer on Friday…

Hi Big Grack,

Please let me know what the dealership say…as Solihull fobbed me off, so I have had to contact Porsche UK directly.

Sorry to say - another UK recent build car with ill fitting manual doors.

Dealer spent 15 minutes fiddling with them. Better maybe but differently bad. It *is* almost like they are slightly the wrong _shape_ not mounted incorrectly.

is the last pic the end result after they "fixed" it?... But the shape of the doors amost looks concave, when they should be convex... possibly putting the electric doors on the manual cars or something...
the shape of the door def looks weird.

But the shape of the doors almost looks concave
It is very odd. I'll try and get a more consistent set of pictures tomorrow. But - yes.

If you look at the door straight on then it looks fine - all the gaps around the edges are pretty much the same. If you look along the car then the bottom lip looks like it is sticking out. It could be concave or just ... too flat?

In the assembly videos they always show how someone checks the car quality with fingers to make sure it’s smooth. It makes me wonder how it’s possible to overlook the cover sticking out so much. It’s like some relatively high manager decided to ignore it. I’d speculate that they received a batch of faulty covers and decided that they don’t want to delay deliveries.
