Hi EWe were doing a north - south ride and were really feeling the lack of an extendable sun visor in the afternoon. I found this and it works. Actually better than an extendable visor. I tuck it behind the seat when not in use (99% of the time).
TuckVisor BLACKOUT Windshield... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07964LTYX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It basically sticks to the window and didn't move during 4 hours of driving. When you open the door / window, it slides off. It doesn't come off until you do either of these actions. It leaves no marks on the window so I think it's just static holding it on. It's worked perfectly for us.Hi E
does the visor tuck in stay put or come loose over time?
Ok great. Thanks for the reply. It basically sticks to the window and didn't move during 4 hours of driving. When you open the door / window, it slides off. It doesn't come off until you do either of these actions. It leaves no marks on the window so I think it's just static holding it on. It's worked perfectly for us.
That is correct!I think that Captain pilot @Fly4ever recommended seems a better idea as it just sticks on the glass.
As it says, “Simply slap the dark green visor into place, and it will stay put.”
Absolutely agree. It's like missing your whole face, it needs and extender to be function.al.I’m absolutely loving my Macan 4 EV! While there are a few minor quirks I can overlook, the sun visor has been a major disappointment. When swung to the driver’s side window, it doesn’t even reach my head. And since it doesn’t extend (which you’d expect in a $100,000 vehicle), it’s practically useless.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to replace the sun visor with an aftermarket one that includes an extension feature?
