You need to push back because my dealer (only at first) did the same thing. It sadly depends on how firm you are which is evidently showing how they suddenly became willing to solve the issue after you escalated to HQ. If I were you, I would get a loaner and leave it to them until they find a solution. If there is an open case on your car connected to the warranty they get compensation for every km on the loaner anyway.My dealer is still in the stage of ruling out external influence (meaning my home's infrastructure), and apparently they still don't have enough data to escalate to Porsche AG. They wanted to send an electrician to install a device to lower the voltage from 240.2 to 240 and below to see if it charges. But my husband doesn't want them messing with our electrical system when he knows it's not our house that's the problem; proven by the fact that other cars (Taycan and X) are able to charge at our house. So right now, it's a waiting game for me because they're going to try another client who is having the same issue as me and they're going to send electrician to her house if she's okay with it. It really sucks when their local diagnostic process is so slow. They literally sat on their butts on this until I called Porsche Canada to complain.
