I saw this mentioned in another post on here but the passenger seatbelt issue can be resolved by pushing the clasp (the bit that goes into the car when someone sits there) to the top of the belt on the door pillar.
I have this issue. Vehicle in service now. Initially service advisor was hesitant to agree to the existence of the noise, I asked for a ride a long and it was acknowledged. I will post back once the vehicle is picked up to see what the repair was. I was told it would likely just be silicone spray and cleaning the tracks.

I wasn’t able to pick up due to the fires in LA they closed up the dealership. I am hoping I can pick up and inspect tomorrow. They sent me the service record which shows they removed and reinstalled the roof assembly. Hopefully that did the trick. The loaner I have is dead quiet so definitely not normal.

Just wondered if you had any luck? i took mine in and they acknowledged the rattle and cleaned it and applied whatever lubricant it is they use. I hasn't worked, though - still have the rattle/squeak. I'm also wondering if it's cold weather related, but if you're in Southern CA that cant be the cause...
