In the almost 6 weeks that I have had my Macan 4 there has been a persistent vibration in the cabin that is coming from the road. This vibration is felt by my foot on the accelerator, by my hand on the center console, and it even rattles my coffee mug, there is no noticeable tire noise. I have 20 inch Pirelli Scorpion tires and air suspension. It seems to be a resonance between the tires and the road surface. On very smooth roads the vibration is non-existent. It occurs at most speeds but seems strongest between 20 and 40 mph. I have tried changing the tire air pressures, running them low and then high without any noticeable difference in vibration. I was hoping that after 2000 miles the tires might break-in and the vibration would stop, but no luck.
Has anyone else had this problem or heard of this happening? I love the car and am thinking a change in tires may be needed. Thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
