My SA just emailed me... PCNA (Porsche Cars North America) now lists Sept 30th as the official on sale date. So a 10 day delay for USA/Canada

Do we therefore also assume that this is the date when dealerships will present the Macan EV to us customers who are not expecting delivery?

Depends... if the delay is because of CARB (most likely, as CARB schedules out Executive Orders and notifies manufacture in advance), it will include dealer demos as well. If it's a software issue (less likely as it's a separate delay from global launch) dealer can receive their macans earlier.

Didn't realized my post was separated from the other thread. I'll post an update here as well. My dealer called me this morning to notify me that PCNA just reported to dealers through their internal dealer network as of this morning, that the USA Spec Macan 4 and Macan Turbo has officially received the Executive Order from CARB. So they are both certified from EPA and CARB to sell stateside. Big question now is when will they start delivering them? My dealer seems to think they will start leaving port very soon (as early as next week)... as there are a bunch that have been sitting at port for the past couple months (including all the dealer demos).

I checked in with my SA regarding the delivery ETA for my Macan 4, currently set for 09/20. He mentioned it could arrive a few days earlier or later. We’re now about two weeks away here in TX.

Really bizar that in the EU the sales start at the same time or in some countries a month later …

It appears that North Eastern and Midwest deliveries of Macan’s will leave Emden early next week (approximately 9/10) on Amethyst Ace. There will be a delivery to Halifax 9/18 on the way. The ship is scheduled to arrive Sparrow’s Point (Baltimore) 9/22. Land travel and dealer prep follow. (USA) SA just emailed... as of today still showing dealer arrival of 9/20 in the dealer tracking system. Porsche is either sticking to the global date or they haven't updated it yet. Prior is more likely.

(USA) Update: Dealer just communicated that my Macan4 has completed all Port Processing and is ready for truck transport. Should be arriving at the dealer within a few days. Official on sale date is 9/20.

And Yesterday I got a message the car will be at the dealership 23/09 at the latest Asked for timing on delivery …
