Trying to decide between '25 Macan EV Turbo and '25 AMG EQE SUV

Price wise pretty similar (fully spec'ed out). Feature-wise also as far as I can tell. I know the range of AMG is smaller. AMG Sales guy was pretty dismissive of the Macan, saying its not a "true porsche", more like an overpriced Audi since they share the platform. Any thoughts appreciated (reliability/depreciation/comfort, etc etc).

Mercedes salesmen have always been obnoxious, elitist and dismissive of other brands sadly. One could argue the EQE is also not a real Mercedes?
