I was just able to add my incoming 4S to the "My Porsche" app but I don't see where the tracking information is? Can you please indicate how to get there? TYNot to rain on your parade but keep in mind that the dates are a close approximation, but not exact. Also, the FYD notification in the Porsche’s app is usually a day or so off from the real date. For example, they notified me on 1/1/25 that the car had left the German port. The ship actually left on the evening of 12/30/24. And on the Porsche’s app it says that it left on 12/27/24 which is incorrect. In any case, the car usually gets to the dealership within the broad specified range and even earlier. The initial estimate given by my SA was at the end of February, then revised to the beginning of February, and most recently the week of 1/24/25, which is very exciting!!!.
Good luck to all!
I reached out to Porsche and they said Track Your Dream isn't available. I had to stay in communication with my SA to get updates on the vehicle progress. Can any other US bound owners confirm that their App does track progress like Wivenhoe shows? If so, did you get something from the dealer or some other method?
Sorry I'm confused by your earlier post which implies the app provides some tracking information. Does your app provide something and if so how did you get that part activated? It’s the same way in the US app version. Once you know the approximate date the car has been manufactured, you can google the VW shipping schedule to find out on which car carrier it will be shipped. Then google that ship’s schedule and you will know when it sailed and when did it arrive to the port.
