“Pushed” the extra 1” width inside by calculating the offset needed to match the outside position of the factory wheels.
When you live in the western US, as I do and destinations hundreds of miles apart, range is a top priority.

These where the ones I saw in some of the early test drive’s like 6 month’s ago or so , I thought they where the Audi Q8 ones of the v2 Q8, but now it’s clear they are the 21 ones painted black. That look gorgeous (though I still hesitate to order the carbon ones and paint those black except the carbon …), But they are ridiculous expensive, and get probably curbed in an instant …The best looking wheels are actually the 21 inch painted in black. Looks sick with copper ruby exterior. My dealer has agreed to paint them when the car arrives
On a Macan 4 using the UK Configurator the range with 20in Macan S wheels is 369 miles. Change to the 21in Macan Design wheels the range drops to 349 miles. If you rarely do journeys that long and charge at home over night those 20 miles probably matter little. When you are frequently maxing out the range on your journeys or don't have a home charger then 20 miles are 20 mile.
They do not because they have a different bolt pattern. The EV has 5-130 and the ICE has 5-112. All other different parameters could be adjusted with several ways and "tricks" however the bold pattern can't. At least that's what data says.
