Insurance costs for your Macan EV?

Before I bought my macan 4 I called my auto insurance carrier and they told me would only be a little more than my 18. Well once they got new one in system it will be $1,500 a year more! Ouch. This is American family, a Midwest based company. $2,600 a year total. Lots of discounts. How does this compare to what you are paying? If better, would you mind sharing company?

Yes everything included, no incidents since 2001 so first class.

Ok, in my case it’s a first insurance for a company car. Still bloody expensive.
