@alvaro Seat heating consumes way less then traditional heating so I do not understand the remark that it is a battery drain?
Now if you use both at the same time then the benefit is low …
In my BMW iX I can really see the impact, standard heating consumes from cold to warm 8 to 9kwh at the start when warm around 1.5kwh … if I use seat heating it never surpasses 3kwh in total at the start and then it goes down …

Thanks for clarification I misunderstood the consumption. It does seem to warm faster than the AC.

Bose is plenty good... don't need anything else. Glad I removed rear wiper, glad I added carbon fiber to the side blades, mirrors and steering wheel. Blacked out rear tail lights look great. I prefer the satin black on the rims vs. the glossy and remain glad I did that. I've had other macan's with glossy black. I selected full leather interior and glad I did so.

Agree, the passenger screen is hardly used (so far).

-Burmester would have been nice, but I actually think the Bose is quite good and I’m a audio snob (use stereo mode, surround is awful)
-Acoustic glass? Haven’t been in a vehicle with it, but I’m assuming it would be quieter.
-Wish I didn’t have the rear wiper, reduces rear visibility and looks ugly.
-22 spider wheels. I have the 22 carbon wheels, they’re fine, but the spiders give me more classic Porsche vibes.
-full interior leather (I miss the stitching on the arm rests and the leather in the center grab handle area which feels quite plastic’y)
You can buy the center arm rest in full leather with stitching and even a crest if you want. It is a bit pricey but available.

Ok, now that a lot of us has taken delivery, what options you would’ve / should’ve gotten, and what options you wouldn’t spend on next time (for your ‘28 Macan EV GTS). Perhaps this helps your future self and/or some of the community who’s still shopping.

For me:
- The passenger display is almost never used.
- Haven’t used the rear seat heating either. Knowing what I know now, its probably a huge drain on the battery
- I should’ve gotten the 22” RS Spyder’s painted gloss black.
- The blacked out headlights and rear logo look really cool but probably not worth the money.
Three things two of which was out of my control

1. 20 inch Macan S wheels instead of the Macan 4 standard wheels but I can order with winter tires. the standard 20inch are ok for now. So not available when I ordered.
2. I am not a fan of the standard side blades and I can’t wrap them because the surface is not smooth. I put in a back order for carbon fiber blades. Not sure if or when I can replace them. I suppose they are ok but not my favorite.
3. I would have gotten innodrive but opted not thinking I could get it via. Subscription later. I wish the SA would have told me it would not be available when I locked in my order.😞. so unless Porsche changes their mind and offers it via over the air upgrade I am SOL.

Otherwise super glad I got RAS as I added that in at the last minute. Happy with standard interior in chalk beige and I love my carbon fiber steering wheel 😀. My wife loves the rear wiper so I guess I do too 😜. Oh and was worried about getting the Dolomite silver being to silver but in person it maintains this amazing blue tint that we really love.

There are no words on a car optioned without the screen. The actual dash is slightly different with whatever door insert material chosen actually filling a small area below the vertical piano black space.

What you are seeing is the passenger display in a standby kind of mode.
It’s an option, I just turned it on an actually prefer it vs. a picture of what’s playing. Would’ve been nice to customize it or say ‘turbo’.

One thing worth mentioning for wheels. I highly recommend considering base wheels and then buying aftermarket. It's a bit slow currently on aftermarket options but it'll ramp up and they tend to be much higher quality for the money, especially when you consider eventual resale.

This has the passenger screen, but shows Macan when no one is sitting in the passenger seat. Works the same way in my Taycan.

The passenger screen can alternatively be changed to be completely off when there is no passenger as well.
You can also see the radio display instead macan or taycan.

Missed adding black out logo and black electric branding. Would add rear steering next time and make it an S if it was available before locked in. Love comfort seats with massage and interior full leather, HUD, and suspension. Software UX/UI is Meh. Taking it out for its first snow run tonight with 20s and Alpin 5s.

Oh I actually ment the door panel area above the door armrest, should have clarified. But that’s good to know about the regular armrest.

We did the leather on the upper door part, looks tasty.

Macan EV Turbo ice grey

RAS: top of the top on the Turbo.
Passenger screen: wife uses it at each trip, I enjoy it at each car startup and beautiful even in standby mode
Bose: bass are sufficiently boomy, and the trebles sound going enough IMO. Frankly happy with it.
Extended leather in limestone: so classy.
Porsche illuminated logo on the seats: oh yes! A must have
blue headlights: this blue is a nice touch on IG, and the animation for on and off is nice at night.
black tailights: the coming/leaving animation is really cool, but beside that, I can’t see any value in this ”black finish”.

Ice grey: it’s an amazing color in the flesh. Not white at all… Probably one of the best color I’ve ever had on a car.

I think I’ll miss Innodrive, I don’t miss the rear wiper at all (and I do prefer the general look without).

I can’t say if double layered glass is useful: no comparison point. Car is quiet, obviously.
I must wait the summer to see if 4 zones climate control makes sense.

It’s a shame we can’t have the compass and the sport+ mode. The chrono is useless, the compass is useful and logical into a SUV…

Ditto! Porsche offers the choice of compass/altimeter/digital clock OR the precise chronograph on the Taycan with the Sport Chrono package. That would be the simplest change for the 2026 Macan — an option if offered that would be appreciated by quite a few buyers. Who is going to track a Macan?
