I have the passenger door panel rattle as well. Similarly it seems to change based on the temperature. What did the Porsche Center do to try to address it when you all took it in to be addressed?
They said?? they put some Backing/sound deadening material in the door, but hasn't seemed to work I will let you know next week what they do next as it is making the short trip back to the dealers on Monday 6th

Another issue I recently noticed.
My rear windshield wiper is mounted at an angle. Added to list for dealership to fix.

photo of mine vs how I’m assuming it should look based on same spec vehicle at another dealership on Porsche finder.

Mine is also at an angle like yours as I just looked!, and like yourself other Macan EV's at the dealership have it set all the way to the bottom of the rear windshield so I also put this on my list of things for the dealership to sort out well spotted I never noticed mine until you pointed it out on yours!!!

I would add this one to the list.
Whole pano roof is creaking, noted at all times when slow speed driving even on smooth roads. Tried to clean the rubber seals but didn’t help. Have a dealer appt this week to address:

AC not working
Driver side door misalignment
Driver side front interior grab handle creaking on closing / opening door.
Pano roof creaking
Plug and Charge not working
Is the "Plug and Charge" greyed out in your menu?, only reason I ask is I know that lack of Plug and charge has been a common problem requiring a factory reset of the Vehicle .

Correct greyed out and service adviser advised me to come back and have them reset to resolve the issue. I know I can do it myself but it’s going in tomorrow for other issues so I’d rather have them do it and have it documented as an issue at purchase.

Yes I took mine into the dealership to let them do it a few weeks ago it seems to be a common issue with the Macan EV

@Diego my issues were resolved. the satellite connection issue hasn't been a reoccurring issue. The ac vent to floor was resolved from a loose connection.

Hi,

I had a question about automatic extending/retracting of the rear spoiler. According to the owner's manual, it says "The rear spoiler extends automatically when the vehicle exceeds approx. 35mph (55km/h) and automatically retracts when the vehicle falls below approx. 21mph (35km/h).

Should this extension/retraction be reflected in the PCM under Vehicle -> Drive? Even when I'm going above 35mph, when I look at that page, it only gives me the option to extend the spoiler, so I'm not sure if there's a bug in the PCM and it's not reflecting the spoiler state correctly or if my spoiler is actually not automatically extending based on the speed.

Thanks!

About 1600 miles and 6 weeks in (Macan 4--still love the car). I've twice had Driver Assistance warnings that disabled the ACC (I do not have Innodrive) but they were both very short lived and cleared themselves.

Tuesday, after driving about 20 miles and parking (ambient a little below freezing), when I got back in the car, I got rotating warnings in the right hand tube going through every assistance system (traffic sign, ACC, collision avoidance, auto high beams; everything you can name); they all said OK to drive. The warnings continued to rotate, until I realized I could press the cancel button repeatedly until they all stopped. When I went to back up, the rear camera had lines through the cross traffic warning arrows on the screen. I mean, every assistance system that depends on the cameras, radar, sonar was down (but the cameras did still function). I drove home (car drove fine; I just had no ACC and no auto high beams, and presumably no collision warning). I had a whole bunch of yellow warning lights though (there's not enough room for them all--they rotated at the bottom of the IC.) I appreciated, at least, the fall through to normal high beams.

Anyway, I left it locked overnight. I've had nowhere to drive since then, and we've had more snow accumulation so I am not in a rush to take it out. But, yesterday I got in just to see what would show; just sitting there, without driving, I got no warnings except the speed limit sign warning was lit up yellow. I'll see what happens when I drive it next but still I think this is a reportable incident even if it clears completely.

Edit: 2 days later. Drove 45 miles with 2 stops, using ACC, just now. No warning lights at all; everything seems fine. Fingers crossed this was just a random infrequent event (but Porsche should still get a handle on it).
I had this several times during my 2.000 km trip 2 weeks ago. It appeared to be a dirty radar screen. After cleaning it, all was normal again. But I must say, it doesn't need a lot of dirt to start throwing warnings.

How was your satellite issue resolved? I seem to have the same problem.

Also in the app the car doesn't show its actual location anymore.

You see that little globe with the line through it above the plus sign? That means there's no internet connectivity and that's also the reason why you can't see the location of the car in the app anymore. And I think you will not be able to turn on the airconditioning from the app also or monitor the charging.
I have the same issue, the car is going in for service for this next week.

The globe is the reason I added the picture, so knew that. ;)
I have connected the car through the hotspot of my phone, that didn't work. I have contacted Porsche's smart mobility department and they forwarded my problem to their tech department yesterday. Also I have no plug & charge capability.

Do you have a Dutch dealer? If so which one?

Porsche Centrum Leusden.
I would not do a factory reset because I suspect after that you won't be able to add your account again because of lack of connectivity.
How do I know this? I've been a guest in my own car now for a little while...

I did a reset and it started to work. For navigation try sending a destination from the my porsche app. Maybe your privacy settings are restricting the navigation settings
