Tried key, button in car, button on the boot … put my bag in the boot this morning, unable to open it after a one hour drive, let the car sit for 4 hours … nothing …
Passed by Porsche Center, will need to take it in for analysis.

Yeah, I never put my computer in the boot, so that was a stress moment, luckily you can lower the seats from inside, which is also an issue for theft, but in this case a savior …

Yes I'm sure you can access the boot by pulling down the rear passenger seats?

just curious do you have foot gesture open enabled. If so did you try opening with your foot gesture? If you still have the car try toggling that feature on and off using interior and key buttons. I think they need to reinitialize the anti theft software. Guess they will figure it out 🤞

Still have the car, the foot sensor was not enabled, did enable it, tried no luck, turned it off again … no change …

Hum I was hoping you had only a partial system block. It sounds like your trunk operation software is fully shut down. It is strange you’re not getting any warning messages.

Definitely let us know what they find. I'm guessing a loose connector to the mechanical release motor / solenoid.

I think it is slowly dying …
Just had a slew of errors, HV battery issue, cannot charge anymore, please park car … could not put it in drive. Asked family member to drive me home, tried one more time all OK, E-sound error, but I hear the outdoor sound car drives again …

One of the purposes of the wrm0 mandatory recall was to change a controller which drained the 12v battery.
Did your car have all the mandatory recalls?

I guess so I have it only for 2 weeks and they needed to do some updates before they could release it … but I’ll mention it when brining it in …

The 12v does not seem weak … but I would prefer that over a real faulty module ;-)

OK, so this is going to be a long wait …
- it seems the boot worked when they tested it, hard to believe it as I tested it when the car was parked at Porsche when I brought it in, anyway they saw it not working when I first showed it to them so who knows that after a week it started working again …
- however the battery error is taking way to long to diagnose … so after 3 days I call, they ask me when it happened … gave date and time slot … after 2 days, yeah the logs will be analyzed in Germany … so the car is a week in and still no real progress … if this is how they will diagnose all cars, good luck.

I guess it is a software error, not a real defect on the HV battery … I do understand they want to be sure, but a week and counting to verify this?!
