Curious if Porsche watches this site or ever responds to questions posed here. I have never seen any interaction between people posting on this site and Porsche Customer service.

It's a lost opportunity if Porsche does not respond to issues raised here, I expect more from Porsche!

Positive they monitor...but doubt they will participate. If they do, they do so under a fictitious account 😂.

BMW monitors forums for sure.
There is a shit ton of useful, real time information from the customer base re their (any auto manufacturer) product.

It's a lost opportunity if Porsche does not respond to issues raised here, I expect more from Porsche!
You expect a brand (any brand) to monitor all forums that relate (to whatever extent) to their product(s) and have dedicated customer service agents responding there?

This is not an official Porsche forum.
Do you know how many forums there are about the Macan EV? I am involved in 4 and that’s barely scratching the very tip of the iceberg. Then add all the Facebook groups, the subreddits… none of them official.

Do you have any idea of the cost to provide decent customer service, with trained agents? It’s tough enough when you’re managing your own channels, let alone all forums/groups/subreddits/x of the internet. They would need thousands of agents.

Lastly, a non insignificant portion of the posts here are due to user error, people not reading the manual and/or not understanding how things work. Porsche is probably glad people post here instead of clogging their support.

Your “expectations” of Porsche (or any brand) seem to be slightly out of touch with reality. 🙃
