It's a lost opportunity if Porsche does not respond to issues raised here, I expect more from Porsche!

Positive they monitor...but doubt they will participate. If they do, they do so under a fictitious account .

BMW monitors forums for sure.
There is a shit ton of useful, real time information from the customer base re their (any auto manufacturer) product.
