Am I crazy or has the Pre-Climate function in the My Porsche app been expanded to allow control of the temperature? I could have sworn previously you could only turn climatization on and off, with the temperature being controlled in the car.

It’s been there since I got my car in January.

Always there although there were some glitches with recent app updates. Been on the Taycan for quite a while longer too.

Note that the temp is set to whatever you last set in the car.

That is my question to make sure I understand it right. Let’s say I want to set a timed heating at 7am in the morning but I only want it to be 65F instead of a predefined number. Right now it is giving me 88F. Is that because I had it set in the car last to 88. That’s why it gives me that ? As I don’t see a way to change it in the app. Unless I just hit the pre climate button for right away temperature.

when you "Send to vehicle" it will change that default temp to whatever temp you last USED for pre-climate.
It's a lil clumsy if you want to change the temp, but it's designed for less interactions
So you need to set the temp you want via slider..."start pre-climate" ...then end it (if you don't want it at that time)...then you can you configure the "departure" and it will use the last sent temperature to the car

That's correct.

In the app you just slide the sliders to the temp you actually want.

Screenshot is from my Taycan and I have all Porsche Connect services.
