I really hope we get the update on the US cuz mine is to lock on the 6th.. And I'd love to get the updates first hand

I called Porsche NA today and they said Track Your Dream isn't available on this model.

I called Porsche NA today and they said Track Your Dream isn't available on this model.
Show him the change logbook of iOS Porsche App on the AppStore (version 13.0.0):
“ Track Your Dream production images for the new Macan and “Sonderwunsch” (made-to-measure) vehicles.”

I tried to add my Macan EV 4S which has been built but not delivered yet to the My Porsche app using the VIN and submitted the build sheet as proof of ownership but the request by PCNA. I received the following response:

“I do apologize, but your vehicle is still in production, and I am unable to process your request at this time.

Once you take delivery, either your Dealer will send you the My Porsche Invitation email, or you can send your documents back in and I will process it at that time.”

I was told that this is a US problem. TYD is clearly available now in Europe but not for North America.

There is a problem with TYD for the Electric Macan in the US. I confirmed with my SA that while it is supposed to have been enabled it is not working at the moment. No ETA.

My November order TYD has been working, but it hasn't started production yet. Dunno about other features but it does provide current status.

My TYD started working just as it was going into production-USA. Porsche sent me an email invite.

my order didn't lock till early November. apparently the TYD is working for orders that were created in November.
Once my order finished production, i was able to get the VIN from my SA. I could enter the VIN in the app, but you will to upload the order document and license information as well (to prove you're the one on the order)
From here, they are supposed to check with the dealer to confirm your identity and order...that never happened for me. I ended up calling Porsche customer support, and the guy was able to push through the car to the app almost immediately.
I was immediately prompted to start the remote service, which luckily i declined. but now, i can see the order, the options, tech specs, security, manual, all kinds of stuff about the car/order in the app.
