I’m using the Octopus Smart Charging and all my connectivity issues were resolved earlier this week following the App update which brought the Apple control centre control for preconditioning.My issues are FINALLY ‘resolved’. Turns out it’s something to do with the Octopus Energy smart charging connection.
I deleted the connection in the Octopus app and then the Porsche app all came back to life.
So whilst the Porsche app resolved, I can no longer smart charge at home…
might be worth making sure you’re up to date and then redoing your octopus control. Getting those extra hours on top of the 6 you get at 7p is definitely worth it. I got until 10pm until 11am once when I was very low and needed 100%. But you must let the app do the scheduling.
