My issues are FINALLY ‘resolved’. Turns out it’s something to do with the Octopus Energy smart charging connection.

I deleted the connection in the Octopus app and then the Porsche app all came back to life.

So whilst the Porsche app resolved, I can no longer smart charge at home…

I’m using the Octopus Smart Charging and all my connectivity issues were resolved earlier this week following the App update which brought the Apple control centre control for preconditioning.

might be worth making sure you’re up to date and then redoing your octopus control. Getting those extra hours on top of the 6 you get at 7p is definitely worth it. I got until 10pm until 11am once when I was very low and needed 100%. But you must let the app do the scheduling.

Definitely agree, really handy when you arrive on low charge… especially as the whole house benefits from the low rate too.

I’ve asked the question if I can reconnect again or whether anything else needs to happen first.

For the past few days I have received an error message when trying to unlock my 4S from the app indicating that “this feature is currently unavailable”. It did work previously and most of the other remote app features are still working.

i do not have the “report an issue” option under the FAQ section in the US app, although it does bring me to the Account page when I shake my iPhone.

Same, resolved today after several weeks. I did message Porsche about it and they said they were working on a solution.

No just kept sending them messages saying that it was not resolved yet... Finally today it was resolved

I finally resolved the regional settings issue, by deleting my account entirely and setting up an new one and getting everything linked to it.

submitted numerous tickets via the insta bug for the configurator images not showing but still nothing - I would have though it’s resolved for others it would be for me, but who knows with this app…

I thought about that but I think that you need Porsche then to link your car to the new account, no?

Yes you do, I had to ask them to relink it again.

Still the silhouette only for me in the app. Reporting it daily via instabug but not even had an acknowledgment. Has everyone else’s returned to normal now?

I'm in the Netherlands. My app works fine in that I can pre-condition my car and I see updated data, but the only issue appears to be that I only see the silhouette instead of images of my car. This has been the case for around three weeks.
