- 2025 Macan Turbo Papaya

I picked up my Papaya Macan Turbo three weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I was apprehensive about the common issues I've read about over the past year but I've encountered none so far (apart from a few assistance systems restrictions as a result of applying PPF to the "radar dome" in the center of the front bumper but that's on me).
This is my heavily specced configuration (Papaya no longer available) including Club leather interior, center console framed in leather, 22" RS Spdyer wheels painted in Vesuvius Grey, Pano roof, Burmester, Rear-Axle Steering, AR HUD, InnoDrive, and passenger display.
Really happy with the majority of my choices. The Papaya and Vesuvius grey Spyders look great. I haven't launched the car but the acceleration is mindboggling even in Normal mode. Rear-axle steering makes a huge difference in town. Not sure if oversteering is the right term, but I find myself having to correct my inputs before getting back on the accelerator after a turn. I haven't driven on the motorway yet but changing lanes at 40mph feels like a side lunge. The car always feels planted. I got used to the AR HUD right away and appreciate not having to take my eyes off the road as much. Club leather interior in truffle brown + center console framed in leather feels so luxurious. Other than the air vents and center armrest storage compartment there is no plastic in sight. The neodyme accent package (GT1) and carbon matt neodyme interior package (7TS) add a nice contrast.
As for niggles/letdowns:
Leather steering wheel with carbon inlay (2ZU)
Deletion of Model Designation (ONA)
Installed Viofo A329 2ch using the 12V lighter for power
Logo overload on opening the front doors at night: all-weather floor mats, illuminated door sill guards in carbon (7M8), and courtesy lights (UD1)

As for niggles/letdowns:
- Passenger display: Unless they enable the passenger to connect to independent bluetooth earphones, it's completely pointless.
- HomeLink: I haven't been able to program it to open the electric gate where I live but I suspect the issue is that my system's frequency is incompatible.
- Wheel arches: I made an effort to match the side window trims, roof rails, airblades, and rear wiper in high-gloss black. I didn't realize that speccing off-road package forces the wheel arches to come in matt black.
