So, currently flighting with our dealer's service department on this issue. They told me that the car's running WSJ0 already and that there are no further updates available. They want me to play the "try it using the Porsche charger" game, so they can tell me to go pound sand after that magically works.
@jk_macan4 , are you comfortable sharing the text message that you received from your dealership so I can pass it onto mine?

Good morning, a new optional update has been released for your vehicle and based on the update notes my foreman believes that it may correct the issue. When would you like to drop it off with us. We would only need a few hours. Thanks.

the Porsche charger will not magically work - it's a voltage issue - there should be a service invoice that can be shared here and that will reference the software release…
