Any essential specs to order?

I know I’ve not had coffee yet…and really not trying to be difficult here. But where on the config do you see “surround view” as being part (or not) of the Premium package or a standard option?

in the USA configurators - and Macan (base) and Macan 4 - surround view is:

• not listed in standard equipment
• is listed as a $1090 option

it is _NOT_ listed in Standard equipment _OR_ as an option for the Macan 4S or Turbo - but I'm betting it's standard equipment given it's lack of presence in the option list - but confirm with dealer - there is no mention of it in Premium Package description for either the 4S or the Turbo.

you are correct the online information seems to lack this specific feature being mentioned anywhere - I'm 90% certain it's included in 4S/Turbo as standard - it would be a major screw up to not include it, and also have it as no option...I would confirm with your dealer.

I'm going on faith and Porsche's long standing history of including more options standard as you move up the food chain in their model trim - but that could be risky assumption on my part.

I can find no mention of surround-view in the configurator for the 4S or Turbo Macan.

This is exactly what my SA said, it is included on Turbo and S.

We are 100% aligned, both on what we see on the US config and the expectation it will be standard on 4S/Turbo (despite it not being listed online).

I was just surprised/confused about there possibly being contradictory information on the website and/or having missed something.

I just like clarity is all.

Feels like the configurator is being modified as we dive into it. I'm sure yesterday the option was listed but apparently different today (sorry).

At least one of the media reviews shows a Turbo with Surround View and, given the cameras are included with the standard options on the S & Turbo, I'm quite certain it's available.

I'll reach out to my contact to try and confirm but this 4S/RWD announcement has caused a lot of chaos so not sure I can get an on the record confirmation.

But given the options they've made standard for the 4S and Turbo I fully believe surround view is standard and just not on configurater.

As I mentioned my SA confirmed through higher ups that it is included on S & Turbo. I am going through Atlanta and stopping Atlanta on 8/22 and made an appt for the Macan Ev "walk thru" and if we don't have more confirmation by then I will be asking once more.

So determined not to give up i looked at the UK configurator where like NA no mention of standard camera arrangement on any Macan model but the option to add 3D was there.

I delved deeper and if you print the config you get a bit closer to reality in that front and rear cameras are listed as standard in UK on all models.

Did the same on the NA configurator and oddly no mention of the standard fit cameras on the printed output.

Looks like someone has dropped the ball and not checked this thoroughly enough.

Appreciate you trying to figure this out too! The configurator is sadly misleading and incomplete at times, can be quite frustrating!

Yup, it was added to the configurator overnight. Apparently enough of us raised a fuss about it.

Would be good if there was a premium pack in UK as would add a few nice options together. No such option I can see on the UK site.
