Just wondering if anyone has compared the 14 comforts seats with massage vs 18 seats.

I'm not doing track work so what's the real benefit of the 18 seats (apart from extra lumber support?) vs 14 comfort seats if my Macan will just be my daily driver.

Also very interested on pros and cons of the massage seats and how good really are the massage seats, are they worth it? Will they wear our the leather seats quicker and are they just more a novelty or a really useful options (considering I'm not driving trucks for a living :)

for a non-Track car the massage seats are a must have in my household - they also were well tested on my 2675 miles road trip by both myself and my co-driver…and upon reaching home my co-driver swapped his build from 18 ways to 14 way with massage - he also noted that the massage and ventilation is "stronger" than in both vs. his BMW X5 hybrid…

when ever I can these days I get 14 way's with massage, if I can't get Massage I get the 18 ways…unless it's a track car in which case I get the sport bucket seats!

YMMV

This is probably very subjective. I only purchase 18 way because I have a smaller frame and I absolutely want the adjustable lateral support to hold me in place around turns (no tack use). For larger people this may not be an issue. I spent time in both because the dealer had a 4 with good specs in stock except it had 14 way and it would have been nice to not wait for a new order. The 14 way also feel a little softer but I still would only get the 18 way regardless of massage.

I personally prefer the 18s, but the 14s are good. I'm not a fan of massage seats.
I second that.

Heated/ventilated seats? Absolutely.
Massage seats? Meh.

18 ways any day for me. Plus it helps when I’m drifting to find a parking spot at Walmart.

I compared them side by side and both are fine with their advantages and disadvantages. I would not necessarily rank one above the other, it's all up to preferences.

The main difference is the support on the side, which is thicker and adjustable on the Sport seats. So there is more support when moving around corners quickly.

The comfort seats are definitely easier to get into and are slightly softer.
We went with the comfort ones because my wife wanted the massage seats.

This feature will come in useful as you slide past the ID.4 about to take the last 350kw Electrify America spot to go to 100% in 90 minutes or less.
