It looks strange but, after a long long time, this is the first car that doesn't update automatically the clock after DST chenge (Daylight saving time, daylight time or summer time as it's called around the world).
Yesterday evening I noticed that clock was one hour forward and checking the PCM the only option to set it correctly is to turn off the auto mode and enter the time manually. The car was connected to internet all day (navigation, Spotify, Internet Radio) but it doesn't update the clock automatically. Am I missing something?

It could be that it doesn't have the correct timezone data for the location, especially if the time change day was recently (last few years) changed). Similar would happen on Linux if someone doesn't update the tzdata package.

Nope, time zone was correct (“Rome” ) and it’s a very long time that the time switch happens on this weekend.

Wow, yep, last changed in 1996. So if it's using a timezone file that old there will be a lot of problems in the US as well.

I had this with my iX this time as well, turned out that the automatic set correct time option was disabled (probably due to an update) … don’t have my car yet, but I suppose you have something similar in the Porsche?

Put it back to “auto” and now it show the correct address time…
Called my SA this morning and he told me that this happens also in Taycan. You have to put in manually, then set the correct clock and after a while put it back to auto and the car “learns” the clock variation and from now on it should do everything in his own. Let’s see…

What's this option? It's in the configurator?Where must this option be checked?🤔
It’s in the hidden menu of the configurator.
To activate it, you must first do: UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A.

If successful, you will hear a chime and then you get access to that hidden menu where you can choose this option.

Other hidden purchasable options include:
- “Pursuit mode” on top of Normal/Off-Road/Sport (/Sport+ if you have the Sport Chrono Package)
- “Oil Slick”
- “Traction Spikes”

Pretty cool stuff!
