Is the car missing a mounting bolt here?

Yesterday I noticed that there were 3 mounting points at the lock of the frunk. Is this normal or am I missing a bolt here?

Odd for sure but probably done for a reason.
This may be a drain, air vent, or access point for something.

I would suggest cost savings - multiple the savings of less parts/labors over 10's of thousands of units - this has all the hallmarks of a "mass manufacturing" "optimization" - very VW and probably the same on ICE Macan's…and it's not a major structural element…

cost savings for no down side.
