An FYI for those with a similar situation
My plug and charge wasn’t working ( it was grayed out)
I went to the dealer and we did a full software reset.
After the reset it wasn’t immediately working, but after about 20 minutes we checked and it worked.
If you do the reset at home, wait some time and it should work.
Most of my car settings stayed active. I had to re do my Homelink and download my weather apps.
