They use Android Automotive at least for the infotainment (same as the Macan and Cayenne EV) so they might have already helped. Is Rivian a good and stable software system? I have no experience and it looks like future Porsche’s are going to be based on it.
i am thinking you made some sort of mistake? The other day I tried to save a couple car configurations in porsche.at
1. Clicking the link that is supposed to show all the configurations does nothing.
2. I thought, ok maybe it’s not working in Safari. So I download Chrome and give it a try in Firefofox also. Same thing, seems the link is dead. I can’t see the configurations.
3. I check the iOS Porsche app. Configurations are saved to my profile.
4. I try to delete 1 config. Check the app again: all configs are gone, wtf
I’d say a company that can’t figure out how to build a reliable website in 2025, will probably struggle with more complex systems.
Thanks. I made no mistake. I can even debug and pinpoint the issue in my browser.i am thinking you made some sort of mistake?
there are a lot of possibilities so its not easy to help you. but you could call david höflich at porsche liesing..
but i can assure you that i can see all my configurations i ever made even in the my porsche app.
your claims are wrong as you are the only person in the world that has this problemThanks. I made no mistake. I can even debug and pinpoint the issue in my browser.
I’d even send Porsche a detailed bug report with the steps to reproduce the issue, but since the multi-billion-euro company can't be bothered to test their site and doesn’t have a simple way to file a bug, I guess they’ll have to do without my free QA work

I've also noticed that saving and loading saved configurations is often problematic. I often end up on a page that says something like "error 404, but the only number we know is 911". This happens both in Chrome on Windows and in Safari on iPhone for me.your claims are wrong as you are the only person in the world that has this problem
the good think about software / math is that it works or not
PS a little hint: are you sure that the model you try to reconfigure is still available ?
